Enforcing policies across organizations to determine settings when a user connects

As of October 15, 2026, organization admins can set Enforced Policies inside the organization. These policies cause every connection inside the organization to have specific settings on connection. These are enforced at the time the connection is being made and cannot be changed by the member making the connection. Access the organization Enforced Policies in the Organization Settings tab.

Clipboard

Restrict copy and past between client and host computers. The options are:

• Allow copy and paste

• Block copy and paste

• Block copy and paste from the host only

Privacy Mode

This setting blanks the host computer's display, mutes audio, and locks the host when Phaze disconnects.

Block USB Passthrough

USB devices will not be passed from the client to the host.

Maximum Bit Rate

Set the maximum bitrate each connection will use.
